Research-in-Progress Roundtables

To move the field forward and reflect ongoing innovation in research, practice, and dissemination, TEC hosts research-in-progress roundtables highlighting new work in theatre education, youth theatre, drama, and theatre pedagogy. These sessions showcase the evolving ideas, methods, and questions that define the next generation of arts education scholarship.

Each roundtable is facilitated by an accomplished arts education researcher and features 3-5 presenters sharing their current studies. Rather than formal lectures, these sessions emphasize dialogue—participants engage directly with presenters to exchange ideas, ask questions, and contribute their own perspectives.
