Payment Policy
Theatre Education Conference attendees understand that full payment must be received in full no later than September 26, 2024. If for any reason payment is not received by that date, the primary contact will be required to provide payment in full, a copy of a check, or a copy of a purchase order before receiving badges at check-in.
Substitutions & Change Fees
Attendees who need to make changes or substitutions to their registration can do so in the Attendee Service Center before August 27, 2024. No changes or substitutions will be permitted after August 27, 2024. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Cancellations & Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to events@schooltheatre.org by August 27, 2024. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $200 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests dated after August 27, 2024. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee (see substitution policy below) or may be applied as a credit to a future EdTA event. No cancellation refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Discount Codes Policy
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
