Attendees are responsible for their own transportation between their chosen airport and the Tradewinds Resort. The resort's Transportation Services maintains a full fleet of vehicles and drivers for airport transportation. Call (727) 343-3303 for rates and availability ahead of your arrival date. Transportation fees vary depending on how many people are in your group and which airport you are traveling to or from.

Car Rental
For your convenience, onsite car rental from Hertz is available at TradeWinds Island Grand Resport. Onsite agents are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Call (727) 360-1631 for special offers and reservations. If calling outside of these times, the Hertz call center is available at (888) 407-1416.
SunRunner
The SunRunner is a new Rapid Bus Transit service, looping customers from St. Pete Beach to downtown St. Petersburg and anywhere in between. Cruising past traffic in its own lane, the SunRunner will get you where you need to go with no parking hassles. Travel takes about 35 minutes to get from the beach to downtown and busses run every 15 minutes.
Trolley Service
Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right outside both the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort and RumFish Beach Resort. Rides are included in the resort amenity fee – simply show your Tradewinds wristband. The trolley allows visitors to explore the beach communities from Clearwater to Pass-A-Grille without the worry of driving and parking. The trolley also has connections to regular bus service in Pinellas County.
